1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee If you are not satisfied with FleshAyurveda for any reason, you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery and get a full refund (including the product price). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Conditions for Refund
The product jar must be less than 50% used (we understand you need to try it to believe it).
The product must be returned in its original packaging along with the invoice/order number.
Request must be raised within 14 days of receiving the order.
3. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@fleshayurveda.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9258882836 with: → Your Order Number → Reason for return (optional, helps us improve) → Photo of the product jar showing remaining quantity
Our team will guide you with the return address and process (usually pickup arranged in 2–4 working days).
4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive the returned product and verify the condition, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Amount will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank account).
5. Non-Returnable Cases
If the jar is empty or more than 50% used.
If the return request is made after 14 days of delivery.
If the product seal is broken due to customer damage or misuse.
6. Replacement In case you receive a damaged or tampered product (very rare), we will replace it free of cost. Just send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll ship a new jar immediately.
7. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible – please use the 14-day return policy.
