1. Shipping Charges
FREE PAN India Shipping on all orders above ₹299
For orders below ₹299, a flat shipping charge of ₹60 applies
2. Delivery Timeline
Metro & Major Cities: 4–7 business days
Rest of India (Tier-2/3 towns & villages): 7–12 business days
Remote & North-East areas / J&K / Andaman: Up to 15 business days
(Note: Delivery timelines start from the date of dispatch, not from the order date)
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and handed over to the courier partner within 24–48 hours (except Sundays & national holidays).
4. Courier Partners We use reputed partners like Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, and India Post to ensure safe delivery.
5. Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS & Email with the tracking link and AWB number.
You can also track your order in real-time from your account on our website.
6. Important Notes
Please provide correct & complete address with pin code at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete address.
In case of natural calamities, strikes, or courier delays beyond our control, delivery may get delayed.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India (subject to pin code serviceability).
7. Lost or Damaged Parcel
Very rare, but if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, just inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will ship a fresh replacement absolutely free of cost.
